In 2014, I co-founded two value-driven media organizations, STREET FZC, an audience-first marketing agency, & B-Change, a digital magazine for Millennials, directly responding to a changing media landscape. STREET FZC is still going strong. B-Change was built on passion and taught me some important lessons before turning into an archive.
In 2020, I co-founded the Gulf Creative Collective, a virtual network, enabling creative nourishment, professional growth, and increased collaboration. It is a cultural intervention, responding to a dearth of emotional and infrastructural support for Creatives in the Gulf.

STREET FZC
Founded in 2014, by Bhoomika Ghaghada and Tarun Shyam, STREET FZC is a holistic creative solutions agency in Dubai, specializing in engaging niche audiences (particularly University students and young professionals) through playful brand communication – a previously untapped market in the UAE.
Working across the traditional-new media spectrum, STREET FZC offers multi-platform digital strategies, on-ground activations, video production, and more.
B-Change
Founded in 2012, B-Change was a digital magazine in the UAE catering to Millennials, providing valuable regional content for various beats: Lifestyle, Entertainment, Art, Fundraising & more. B-Change published insightful, spunky & conversational content.
We worked with over 50 reporters, designers, photographers, artists, and local PR agencies. We secured coveted media partnerships with Art Dubai, Dubai Design Week, Emirates Airlines Festival of Literature, Dubai International Film Festival, Dubai Lynx Festival of Creativity (Cannes Lions), and Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC).
